About WebHostFlow

WebHostFlow is a European hosting and domain infrastructure provider built on a single principle: the network should be invisible. When infrastructure works perfectly, you never think about it — your site loads, your API responds, your database commits, and the only thing you notice is how fast everything feels. That feeling is not an accident. It is the product of deliberate engineering, and it is what we sell.

Our origin

The company was founded in 2019 by a team of network engineers and systems administrators who had spent a decade running infrastructure for banks, telcos, and large-scale e-commerce platforms. We had seen every flavour of hosting — the cheap, the expensive, the over-sold, the under-supported — and we were frustrated by the same pattern everywhere: providers optimised for the sale, not for the workload. Plans were priced to win the first month and abandoned in the twelfth. Support was staffed to close tickets, not to solve problems. We started WebHostFlow to build the opposite: infrastructure priced honestly, supported by engineers, and engineered to scale with the customer rather than against them.

The network

Every WebHostFlow service runs on our own multi-homed backbone, peered with the major European internet exchanges in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and Warsaw. This is not rented capacity on someone else's network — it is our fibre, our routers, our routing policy. The practical consequence is that traffic between our data centres does not leave our network, latency between European endpoints is consistently sub-millisecond, and we control the path your packets take from end to end. When a peering session flaps, we see it and we reroute before your users do. When a transit provider degrades, we shift traffic to an alternate path automatically. This level of control is rare in the hosting market, and it is the foundation of the performance our customers experience.

The data centres

Our infrastructure lives in Tier III and Tier IV data centres across the European Union, chosen for their power redundancy, cooling efficiency, and physical security. Every facility operates on N+1 or 2N power, with diesel generators that can sustain the load for 72 hours. Cooling is designed for high-density racks, which lets us pack compute tightly and keep temperatures stable even under sustained load. Physical access is restricted to vetted personnel, logged at every door, and audited annually. We chose the EU deliberately, because data sovereignty matters: our customers' data is stored under EU law, protected by GDPR, and never leaves the jurisdiction without an explicit, contractual decision from the customer.

The team

Support is where most hosting companies fail, and it is where we invest most heavily. Our support team is staffed exclusively by engineers — not by agents reading from a script. When you open a ticket at 3am, the person who answers it can read your server logs, diagnose a kernel panic, and fix a misconfigured nginx. Our median first response time is under fifteen minutes, and our first response is usually a diagnosis, not a question. We measure ourselves on resolution time, not on ticket count, because closing a ticket without solving the problem is not support — it is theatre.

Our commitment

We believe hosting is infrastructure, and infrastructure is a relationship, not a transaction. We do not raise prices on existing customers. We do not throttle bandwidth to force upgrades. We do not sell capacity we do not have. We publish our uptime, we publish our incident reports, and when something breaks — because something always breaks — we tell you what happened, why it happened, and what we changed to prevent it from happening again. That honesty is the core of our brand, and it is the reason our customers stay. We are WebHostFlow, and we are building the architecture of ether — one in which your data moves with frictionless elegance and your infrastructure simply works.
