Our target
We aim for webhostflow.eu to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is the standard referenced by the European norm EN 301 549 and by the European Accessibility Act, and we use it as the yardstick for every new page and every change to the site.
Conformance status and how we assess it
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most content meets the standard, some does not yet. This statement is based on our own review of the site; it has not been audited by an independent party. We review the statement after each substantial change to the site and update it whenever our assessment changes, so the date in the introduction always shows the current version.
Structure and navigation
Pages use real headings in a logical order and standard page landmarks such as header, main content and footer, so screen reader users can jump between them. A "Skip to main content" link is the first stop when you press Tab and takes you straight past the menu to the main content of the page.
Keyboard use
Links and buttons are native HTML elements, so the whole site can be used without a mouse. Press Tab to move forward and Shift+Tab to move back, Enter to follow a link or press a button, and Escape to close the language menu in the header.
Images, text and zoom
Images have text alternatives or are marked as decorative so that screen readers skip them, and links that consist only of an icon, such as the cart, carry a text label. Every public page is delivered as complete prerendered HTML, so its content is readable even before any script runs or if scripts are blocked. Text resizes with your browser's zoom (usually Ctrl or Cmd with plus and minus).
Languages
The whole site is available in six languages: English, Russian, German, Polish, Belarusian and Ukrainian. Each page declares its language, so screen readers use the correct pronunciation, and the sitemap marks each language version. You can choose a language in the header menu or open it directly through the address: / for English, /ru/, /de/, /pl/, /by/ and /ua/ for the others.
Known limitations
Some animations do not yet follow the reduced-motion setting of your operating system. Some colour combinations in secondary text may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio that the standard asks for. Once closed, the cookie banner cannot yet be reopened from the site; to see it again you have to clear this site's data in your browser. We are working on these points and will keep this list up to date.
Third-party content
Payment takes place on Stripe's own payment page, which is not under our control, so its accessibility depends on Stripe. If you cannot complete a payment there, write to us and we will help you find another way to finish your order.

If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, or you need content in another format, write to support@webhostflow.eu. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and, if you like, which browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five working days and, where we cannot fix the problem quickly, to provide the information in an alternative format on request.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the national enforcement body responsible for accessibility requirements in your country.
