Scope
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place through it. Our service guarantee, privacy policy, cookie policy and data processing policy form part of them. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Using the website
You may use the site to learn about our services and order them. Do not disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it in a way that affects other visitors. Report security vulnerabilities to the address in /.well-known/security.txt instead of exploiting them; good-faith reports are welcome.
The customer area
Accounts, profiles and order history are stored only in the browser you create them in. They are not real authentication, are not shared between devices or with our staff, and are lost when you clear your site data; we cannot recover them. Do not store passwords, keys or other sensitive information there.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euros. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own page, and the amount shown there is what you are charged. A contract is formed once the payment succeeds and we confirm your order. If no payment was taken, the order exists only in your browser and there is no contract.
Domains and SSL certificates
Domain registration is subject to the rules of the respective registry. The domain search on our site is a DNS lookup, not a guarantee that a name can be registered. SSL certificates are issued after validation. Because of registry and certificate authority costs, domains are non-refundable once registered and certificates once issued.
Withdrawal and money-back guarantee
As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). If you asked us to start a service before then, you pay only for what was provided until you withdraw. Every new hosting and server plan also has a 30-day money-back guarantee on the full plan fee, no questions asked; it does not limit your statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
We keep daily backups for 14 days, but keep your own copies of important data too: loss you cause, such as deletions or a compromised application, is not covered by our guarantee. Keep your software and passwords secure and your contact details accurate.
Acceptable use and suspension
Do not use our hosting, servers or domains for anything illegal, malware, phishing, spam, attacks on other systems, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend a service used this way after notifying you, or immediately where there is an ongoing risk to other customers or our network.
Availability and liability
Availability (99.98% monthly uptime) and the credits you receive when we fall short are set out in our service guarantee. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
Content and changes
The texts, design and images of this site belong to WebHostFlow; the content you host with us remains yours. The version of these terms in force when you placed an order applies to that order, and we announce changes to ongoing services in advance.
