Dedicated Servers

Bare-metal performance with enterprise-grade hardware in European data centers.

Dedicated Servers

Dedicated Servers

A dedicated server gives your project resources that are not shared with other customers: processor cores, memory and NVMe storage on infrastructure in the EU. Renting a dedicated server makes sense when a VPS is no longer enough, for example for busy online shops, large databases, heavy applications or AI workloads. Pick one of three ready-made plans or build your own configuration in the configurator.

What you get

Three plans for different loads

Standard (8 vCPU, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB NVMe) suits a busy website, a database or several projects on one machine. Pro doubles every resource for heavy applications and large databases. Enterprise, with 32 vCPU, 128 GB RAM and 2 TB NVMe, is for business-critical systems and AI/ML tasks.

Full root access

You get root access and install the software, control panel and stack your project needs. The software you install is your responsibility, and backups of important data can be set up on separate storage; it is best to do this from day one.

99.98% uptime guarantee

The monthly uptime guarantee applies to dedicated servers too. If availability falls short, you receive a service credit of 10, 25 or 50% depending on how much downtime there was; the conditions are on the guarantee page.

Euro pricing and 30 days to decide

Prices are monthly and in euros. Every new server plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and EU consumers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Frequently asked questions

Dedicated server or VPS: what is the difference?
A VPS is a virtual machine that shares a physical host with other customers, with a guaranteed share of its resources. A dedicated server's resources are reserved for you alone, so other projects cannot affect its performance. If your VPS regularly runs out of CPU or memory, or a database needs predictable performance, it is time to move to a dedicated server.
Which plan should I choose?
Start with memory and storage: the working set of a database or shop catalogue should fit comfortably in RAM, and the disk should hold data, logs and room to grow. Standard covers most busy sites and mid-sized databases, Pro suits several heavy applications, and Enterprise large databases and AI/ML work. If no plan fits, use the configurator to set RAM, cores and storage separately.
What happens after I order?
Add the plan to the cart and pay on the secure Stripe payment page. After payment the server is prepared for you and you receive access with root rights. If you need help with the first setup, support is available 24/7, with a first human response within 15 minutes for priority tickets and 2 hours for standard ones.
Are backups included?
The daily platform backups apply to hosting storage, not to dedicated servers. On a server you decide how backups are made: they can be set up to separate storage or another server, and support can advise you on this. In any case, keep your own copies of important data.
Can I get my money back if the server does not suit me?
Yes. New server plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: write to support within 30 days of the order and the plan fee is refunded. EU consumers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full conditions are on the guarantee page.
